Technical failures

If a project fails or an administrator stops a pending project, its reserved credits are returned. The same project is not refunded twice.

Quality concerns

An unsatisfactory result is different from a technical failure. Share the project ID and specific issue for review. We do not silently rerun a project and add charges.

Canceling a project

Deleting a queued or processing project returns its credits. Deleting a completed project does not. Using a different photo is a new project.

Cash refunds

Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription to cancel. Credits for a failed generation come back automatically, and every credit change is listed on your billing page.
